Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZymeFresh online store and your purchase of products from us. ZymeFresh is operated by Xiangcheng Guian Department Store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Online store use

You must use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store in a harmful manner, submit false information, or use the store to violate another person's rights.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, compatibility guidance, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and finishes may vary. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when material information was incorrect.

ZymeFresh shower-filter products are not water softeners and are not intended to make unsafe or non-potable water safe. Results may vary with local water quality, temperature, flow rate, and cartridge condition. Product information is not medical advice, and we do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Customers must review fit guidance before installation. Do not force a connection that does not align correctly. Stop use and contact support if the product leaks, appears damaged, or cannot be installed securely.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate information, unavailable inventory, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Contact us promptly if information needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be handled as described at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. Payment is processed by authorized payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping, tracking, address issues, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The ZymeFresh name, store design, original text, photographs, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, tracking services, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to any express product description and applicable consumer guarantees, but otherwise on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted store access, exact delivery dates, universal product compatibility, or identical results for every water system.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use, delayed delivery, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or use contrary to instructions. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
