What about rust and sediment?

Mesh and PP layers help capture visible sediment and rust particles carried in the water. This does not mean the filter removes dissolved iron.

Does it remove bacteria?

No bacteria-removal claim is made for this product. ZymeFresh is not presented as antibacterial, sterilizing, disinfecting, or a substitute for water treatment.

Will this fit my shower?

ZymeFresh is designed for standard U.S. threaded shower connections. Check with support first if your shower is built in, uses a ball-end connector, or has an older or unusual fixture.

Does it soften hard water?

No. A shower filter is not the same as a whole-home water softener. It is designed as an in-line shower routine upgrade.
